I met Davis while we were both working in Chicago. He had helped scale a locating startup from just 3 agents to over 40 across multiple markets, and I was just getting my start — but we quickly built a strong working dynamic and, more importantly, real trust. I’m a Charlotte native, and after we’d both moved on to different ventures, I came back home with an idea: what if we built something like that here?

I initially reached out to Davis just to pick his brain. But that one conversation quickly turned into a full-on partnership — and within weeks, we were off to the races. In less than a year, we went from just me, Davis building out our systems, and my fiancée Val leading our social media, to a fast-growing team of 10+ locators.

Since then, we’ve built a pipeline of 1,000+ active units, formed partnerships with the Charlotte Hornets and CLT Home Rents, and teamed up with CLTBucketlist to connect with thousands of local renters. We’ve even promoted our first sales manager, Karim, who started as a top-performing locator on the ground.

We’re proud of what we’ve built — and we know we’re just getting started. There’s plenty of hard work ahead, and we’re ready for it.
