I work alongside Brandon to build the systems and partnerships that allow Charlotte Apartment Finders to grow without losing quality. My focus is on the operational backbone of the business — from how we structure property relationships to how our agents are supported day to day within our systems and business model.
Experience
I started as a sales-first apartment locator, so I know this business from the ground up — the first client conversation, the tour, the close. That front-line foundation now informs everything I do on the back end. Over time my focus shifted toward systems, property partnerships, and the infrastructure that makes a locating operation scalable. Getting to help build that at Charlotte Apartment Finders, alongside Brandon, is exactly where I want to be.
