Founded as a sister brand to CLT Bucket List, 704 Collective is Charlotte's members-only community for young professionals — built two ways. 704 Social runs 10+ curated experiences every month: happy hours, dinners, rooftop nights, wellness mornings, and adventures designed for actual connection. 704 Business is the professional track — mastermind sessions, keynote rooms, and a referral network for founders, creatives, and operators serious about growth. Events are intentionally capped at 20–40 people, so members actually remember who they met.
