As an Apartment Locator with Charlotte Apartment Finders, you’ll guide renters through one of life’s biggest decisions: finding the right home. We provide leads, tech systems, and training—your focus is on delivering high-quality client experiences that turn inquiries into signed leases.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with clients to understand their budget, timeline, and lifestyle needs.

• Curate apartment recommendations using our internal systems.

• Schedule and attend tours (in-person or virtual).

• Communicate property specials, availability, and key details.

• Support clients through the leasing process, from application to move-in.
